This workshop focuses on loosening up the kinks in the muscles of our shoulders and backs. The loosening of what is entrapped in these areas involve the preparations for poses such as inversions and back bends. This sequence has mini versions of those poses, but it is designed to gift the practitioner an enhanced tool kit. Learn how to do basic poses in a way that feel like they are doing more, then any advanced poses that we include feel easier!
Jambo Troung is a Forrest Yoga Guardian and Consultant of Complementary Medicine, he weaves in the reasons of sound biomechanics, functional movement patterns and techniques from other therapy modalities to the pillars of Forrest Yoga.
