L'Ubu is one of Toulouse's most reliably busy gay bars, benefiting from its location on Rue Saint-Rome — the city's main pedestrian artery — which ensures good footfall at all hours. The crowd is genuinely mixed in age and gender expression; this is not a leather bar or a circuit bar — it is simply a very good gay bar where everybody feels comfortable.
