QT Sydney

Great location (in the middle of a shopping mall). Fabulous interior design (Luigi Manson 2 style). Comfortable bed. Nice bath and great bathtub. Spacious. However, Staff did not provide information on where the facilities are on arrival. The TV home button was broken, so we could not find any information about the hotel facilities. The TV button was repaired on our 3rd day of stay. For a family with children, the external swimming pool is only for those over 18. For business travel, there is no dry cleaning service on Sundays, so you need to handle it yourself.

Staff are very friendly. Decor is quirky and fun. Parlour a nice place for a drink, breakfast was ok. (gets busy). Gowings bar and grill very good. Fantastic location on Market St. Rooms just a little dark (esp in bathroom). Super quiet with double glazed windows👍🏻We had a lovely two night stay. Thanks

Spent 3 very pleasant nights here. Room was quiet, clean, comfortable and the AC worked well (and quietly! We like it cool to sleep). Included breakfast was very good, with a good selection of dishes (NOT a buffet). And front desk service was very friendly and helpful. And to top it off, the location was ideal! Very close to lots of shopping (including the QVB), a couple museums, and a 10 min tram ride to the harbor area (the Rocks, Opera House, and royal botanical garden).

The hotel has a real sense of character and uniqueness that sets it apart, while still being extremely comfortable and well run. The valet service is a huge plus given the Central location on a busy road, and made coming and going effortless. Reception staff were efficient, friendly, and welcoming, the room was spotless, and the range of amenities was excellent. The downstairs bar is also a great touch, lively, well designed, and perfect for a drink without having to go far. For the location, the pricing felt very reasonable for the quality and experience. Would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Sydney.

QT Sydney is amazing! And it isn’t plain and simple! It’s a gorgeous hotel, with such a dark, chill lobby, the kind of place you can sit, have a coffee and talk with a friend before checking in. The room was stunning, located in the Gowings building on level 5, their junior suite was absolutely gorgeous, it had the class and old charm style that QT Sydney is known for, the bathroom gave you a choice of being open and light, or closed for some privacy and it had a great view of the QVB! The staff were lovely and genuinely asked and cared about my day! Overall a stunning hotel, and I look forward to trying more of their different room types!
