Muccassassina (The Killer Cow) is a legendary club night. It started in the early nineties as a self-financing party for the Mario Mieli association for homosexual culture, an organization based on volunteers that deals with civil rights, the fight against Aids and homophobia. In twenty-five years Muccassassina has become something of an institution in Italy and has developed a reputation with world profile thanks to the quality of its music, its avant-garde technologies, the celebs

Was robbed of a necklace in the middle of the dancefloor, close to the main stage. Someone snatched from my behind. Also, in the ”semi”-dark room area someone had taken a giant shit in the corner of the room….
Great time; younger crowd (primarily under 25 and inclusive of both genders). Unfortunate experience with bouncers in restroom where I was confronted by three who could not speak English and asked me to calm down, but repeatedly glared me down even when I offered (and asked through Google translate) to be searched for drugs or weapons. I was only in a stall trying to pee, but they kept banging on door and couldn’t explain and wouldn’t apologize/explain even after I asked to be searched so I could actually pee (I’m a shy peer, idk what else to say; I closed the stall door that doesn’t even lock for approximately 90 seconds…). Just felt like other shady stuff must be happening if they were going to target me that way so aggressively, but also they never searched me or kicked me out even when I offered (??). Also they have no diet sodas available, including no diet Coke, no Coke Zero, and no sugar-free Red Bull (which deserves a separate review of one star).
I was in the line for a drink and then one woman BEHIND ME just yelled and literally spat at me. But somehow ME and my BOYFRIEND got kicked out of the place. I have been to Muccassasina like 7 8 times before but the security was totally biased and even after this woman PUNCHED me in face in front of the bartender, the security did NOTHING. And the bartender didnt even speak a word. imagine getting punched in face and not being defended by even your bartender. So after tonight, EVEN AFTER I HAVE BEEN TO THIS PLACE BEFORE 7 8 TIMES I TOTALLY!!!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AFTER TONIGHT IF YOU WANT TO GET PUNCHED IN THE FACE 🤷
People smoke inside and it smells terrible. Also the drinks are so weak and expensive served in small plastic cups. Not a fan! Good music and good environment but not worth it.
Forza Roma, puoi fare di meglio... Now seriously: the place is getting crowded, to the point where it's unpleasant. The music is a nightmare, but let's just say the Italians love it. Place is very neglected. It looks like an abandoned hangar. The audience also seemed strange to me. An amateur spirit was blowing from everywhere. Sorry but I didn't like it at all. Drink €10 (cup of ice)... The queue for the wardrobe (€3) was winding for hours... Either find a bigger place or just don't let so many people in...
