Sauna Centrale at Via Carlo Alberto 17 occupies a central position near Piazza Vittorio Veneto — one of Turin's grandest squares, flanked by the Gran Madre church and opening onto the Po river. The sauna has been Turin's primary gay sauna for many years, operating in a well-maintained multi-room facility: Turkish steamroom, Finnish dry sauna, a darkroom labyrinth, private cabins and a bar area with lockers. The clientele is predominantly local and skews towards the 30–55 age range — regulars who have been coming for years and contribute to the sauna's easy, unhurried atmosphere. Special theme nights run monthly. Entry includes towel and locker hire. The central location makes it accessible from the Quadrilatero Romano (15 min on foot) and San Salvario (20 min). Open daily from 14:00 with extended hours Thursday through Saturday.
