İf you have a brain, dont go there. The resepsionist, barmen, massage boys, all of them are thief. İ paid 5000 the resepsionist said 500, all the drink so expensive, massage boys said that they will do everythings in outside but they dont anything in the room and wanted extra money. The owners are very vulgar. Everywhere was very dirty. İ coulnt touch to anything. That was bad experience for me.

Ok all the confusing: paradise spa is located here but Nasha spa or our spa is in a different place and Nasha spa is just plain awful. It is open for 24h so some people go there to hook up. But that part is so dirty and dark. Upstairs you can hire massage boys and I got lucky with a nice guy but reception was just plain awful. He wouldn't let me use the VIP room which is supposed to be free (that is why I agreed to pay for the massage boy) my poor massage boy had to pay extra to the reception to use it after a long discussion between. Shows how badly run this place is...usually the management should protect the massage guys but not here...I asked the massage boy and he said he was not very happy with management in general and that day was not an exception. Go to paradise spa which is located exactly at this place but different address. This is 40B which is where paradise is

I used to go there often, leaving a fair amount of money, but now I never set foot there again. It used to happen that at the karaoke bar, they'd charge 2500 instead of 260 (like they were skipping the line), supposedly by accident, but they'd refund me later. I recently celebrated my birthday on October 24th and was "swinging" through the clubs that night. In the morning, I went to a sauna with a friend for a short while, because it's hard to find something open 24 hours on a weekday. We paid 5,000 at the door, then added another 2,000. When we left, they said 1,500 remained and gave us a "refund." They're still "refunding" me... I decided to check it out. And that's the result. I don't recommend it. There are much better places, and the staff there are more honest. This kind of behavior is only forgivable in massage therapists who are directly motivated, not in staff who handle money.

It was better two years ago... Now it's a complete disaster... the steam room didn't work, the toilets were worse than at the train station, everything was dirty, old, and worn out. I won't even mention the dark rooms. It's incredibly cold, half the showers don't work, everything is cluttered. If something happens, you'll end up with broken legs. It's become terrible, a real disappointment. The jacuzzi costs 2,500... The only sauna services are Finnish. What are you raking in money for?

I don't recommend this establishment to anyone!!! I've heard a lot about the rudeness in this place, but I didn't really believe it. I've seen conflicts at reception more than once, but I attributed it to guests being at varying levels of intoxication. Until my friends encountered this, and then I did too. When you come to this establishment, as always, you leave at least 15,000, turning a blind eye to many shortcomings and still expect a warm welcome. The receptionists are "young men," both named Zhenya. One is welcoming and always happy to help, while the other introduces himself as the administrator, who usually comes in with his dog and is completely rude and not customer-oriented. When I asked him to charge my phone, he responded rudely. I understand that this may not be allowed according to the rules, but rudeness is not required. When I asked why he was behaving this way and being rude, he replied that he was allowed to, since he was the administrator. But the most important thing is that a security guard, who called himself Andrey, intervened and said, "What are you acting like?" Let's go and move away!" The conflict was resolved, but I will never go there again and I won't recommend it to anyone. This is completely unacceptable! I think the management of this establishment, unfortunately, doesn't know the real situation. Now I understand that the reviews written by competitors are not from competitors, but from real people who have visited this establishment.
