Started in 1984, this gay youth hostel is more like a home than a hotel. A central kitchen and shared bathroom mean this spot if geared for those who enjoy a communal atmosphere. Located away from central London in the northern suburbs. Remodelled in 2003. Overground: Mill Hill Broadway. Tube station: Hendon Central. Brilliant place to stay, very convenient for me as I visit and work in Londo
