About this place Project NEON

Being an HIV prevention program, NEON is a 20 year old organization that helps lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people who are also affected by meth. The goal of NEON is to help at-risk individual and put them out of harm’s way. They do so by providing counselling, health education, outreach, advocacy and interventions via social marketing.
