We love their Saturday brunch. It’s such a good deal @ $14.99 and they often do special events (trivia, drag book readings, etc). The staff is great and the environment is welcoming to all.

Omg !!! This places is so good!! We have fun. You need to pay 5 dollars for the ticket, but is not too bad. The show is amazing, people are very nice!!

My friend and I are regulars here. We work in the industry nearby and often come in on Sundays after work. We’ve always had positive experiences, especially with Poppy, who is consistently friendly and attentive. We have even spent Christmas Day here. That’s how comfortable we have felt in this space. Last night completely changed that. We arrived first while waiting for a group of friends. A server named James asked for our IDs when we ordered. I provided mine. My friend realized she did not have her physical ID but attempted to explain that she had a photo of her passport card. Before she could finish speaking, he abruptly walked away from the table. After avoiding us for several minutes, he returned and stated, “If you do not have a valid ID you need to leave.” The tone was sharp and dismissive. We understand and respect ID laws. If you cannot accept a photo, that is fine. The issue was not policy, it was the escalation. No manager came to speak to us. When our friends arrived and attempted to order drinks for themselves, they were told that because they were with us, none of them would be served. We were then told that if we did not leave, the police would be called. Threatening police involvement over what another server later described as a “misunderstanding” was an extreme and unnecessary escalation, especially toward two regular patrons who were not disruptive, intoxicated, or causing any issue. We were the only two Black women in the space. To go from being longtime guests who have celebrated holidays here to being treated like a problem and threatened with law enforcement was deeply unsettling. We left feeling humiliated, targeted, and shaken. This situation did not require hostility. It did not require avoidance. It certainly did not require threats of police. It required communication and management presence, neither of which happened. I sincerely hope ownership reviews how this was handled. No guest, especially a regular, should feel unsafe in a place they once enjoyed.

I go here once a year for my birthday. We pick a different restaurant close by and then go see the drag show! A total blast. If I lived closer (it's a 2 hour trip for me) I'd be there for a lot more of their festivities!

I really love the vibe of Freddie's. Went there Wednesday night for food and karaoke. It wasn't too crowded and everyone there was very welcoming from the staff to the other patrons. The mozzarella sticks were amazing but unfortunately the chicken tenders were very overcooked and inedible. All things considered with the food, I would definitely recommend this place as the atmosphere is great and the staff is welcoming and seem to love working there.
