Hours run from 10am on weekdays to 7pm, with an extra hour on Fridays through Sundays. The club is connected to VIDA Fitness — pool membership can be bundled with VIDA gym access. A second location operates at The Yards in Capitol Riverfront. Hours shown are seasonal operating hours; the club is closed October through April.
