Basic human rights are for everyone and Health care is one of them. Carolyn Downs Family Medical Center was founded in 1968 for the same purpose that had firm believe in that basic right. Medical clinic services were originally part of a broad spectrum of community services that was overseen and developed by the Seattle Black Panther party.
