 rills\\, partner work\\, and teamwork\\, students develop coordination\\,
  resilience\\, and confidenceâ€”whether their goal is fitness\\, self-def
 ence\\, or training to compete in the long term.\\nThese sessions are fun
 ded by the London Marathon Foundation.\\nAbout the facilitator\\nBorn in 
 Hong Kong\\, Karina began her martial arts journey at 4 years old. With o
 ver 18 years of training and competition across multiple countries\\, she
  brings a versatile background in Muay Thai\\, Taekwondo\\, K1\\, and Bra
 zilian Jiu-Jitsu. Her adaptable style blends technical skill\\, fitness\\
 , and fun.\\nKarinaâ€™s classes are a safe\\, welcoming space with no jud
 gement â€“ only encouragement. Every student is supported to train at the
 ir own pace\\, with coaching tailored to personal goals\\, whether thatâ€
 ™s improving fitness\\, building confidence\\, learning self-defence\\, o
