DESCRIPTION:A drop-in workshop for LGBTQ+ people. No experience necessary
 !\\nA drop-in workshop for LGBTQ+ people of any experience level. Improv 
 is all about collaboration and saying yes to people’s ideas. Follow you
 r spontaneity\\, trust your gut and you’ll be surprised at what worlds 
 you can create.\\nImprov is not just about being funny\\; improv is an am
 azing way to help people dealing with social anxiety or for people that w
 ant some practice feeling a little more free in their public speaking.\\n
 This is a low-stakes workshop where we can share some laughs and maybe ev
 en make some new friends. Through games and exercises we’ll create stor
 ies\\, characters and learn the fundamentals of improvisation.\\nNote: Pl
 ease ensure that you arrive on time for this workshop. We will cover our 
 code of conduct and accessibility in the first five minutes.\\nUnfortunat
 ely we aren&#8217\\;t able to permit anyone who arrives late as it&#8217\
 \;s mandatory to take part in the first part of the session.\\nPlease get
  in touch with us if you know you&#8217\\;ll be running late and we will 
 try to accommodate where we can!\\nAbout the facilitator\\nSam Roulston (
 he/him) is an award winning Comedian and Writer based in London.\\nHe rec
 ently returned to the UK after living in Toronto for several years where 
 he worked as a comedian and member of faculty at the Second City comedy t
 heatre. Sam also performs/teaches at comedy festivals all over the world.
