DESCRIPTION:A relaxed social event to meet and chat with people who ident
 ify under the trans and gender non-conforming umbrella.\\nCome down to th
 e London LGBTQ+ Community Centre for this monthly Trans Social!\\nWhether
  you’re a trans person new to London\\, newly out\\, or looking for mor
 e connections\\, this social is for everyone!\\nWe will play some games\\
 , chat\\, chill\\, and hopefully make some crafts with new friends.\\nThe
  event will be neurodivergent friendly with a smaller quiet space availab
 le for those who need it.\\nAbout the organisers\\nLori is a London-based
  writer and theatremaker\\, and a doctoral researcher at the University o
 f London and Columbia University.\\nHer work is centred on communal movem
 ent practices\\, embodiment\\, and autonomy.\\nIn addition to her scholar
 ly and artistic work\\, Lori is an organiser and advocate with London Tra
 ns+ Pride with a focus on route planning and accessibility.\\nGavin (he/h
 im) is a queer trans man who has lived in London for 11 years.\\nHe works
  in the education sector by day\\, but outside of work\\, he&#8217\\;s pa
 ssionate about the outdoors\\, making queer connections\\, and playing ru
 gby and netball with queer teams in London. He spends a lot of time hikin
 g and walking in and around London\\, too.\\nLori will host April\\, May\
 \, June\\, July and August socials.\\nGavin will host September\\, Octobe

 ty at the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre\\nTo keep our community safe\\, 
 we ask that all visitors do not visit the centre if they are feeling any

 ent cough or chills.\\nYou can wear a mask if you feel more comfortable.
