Through a slow guided walk\\, groundin g meditation\\, and creative process\\, we’\\;ll explore what it mea ns to truly rest\\; as an act of intelligence\\, care\\, and self-tending .\\nThere’\\;s a reason animals hibernate\\, seeds lie dormant\\, an d roots go deep in winter. Rest is what living things do when they’\ \;re being wise.
