 2026 Census: what it is\\, why participation matters\\, and how Census da
 ta helps shape the decisions\\, services and policies that support commun
 ities across Australia.\\nThe new Census questions on sex and gender — 
 what&#8217\\;s changed\\, what the questions actually ask\\, and what the
 y mean for how you respond.\\nHow to fill out the Census safely if you&#8
 217\\;re not out to everyone in your household\\, including the option to
  get your own Census number and complete a separate\\, private form.\\nA 
 run-through of the accessible ways to complete the form\\, for anyone who
  needs them — online\\, paper\\, Braille\\, large print\\, Auslan\\, au
