 also include a silent auction\\, a raffle\\, and a raise the paddle! In t
 he last year\\, qSPF has distributed over 100 Sick Pay Grants to Queer pe
 rformers who missed a gig due to illness or injury at a total of over $60
 \\,000! This increases the stability of individual artists and keeps comm
 unity safe by incentivising performers to stay home to rest and heal when
  sick. With your support\\, we launched Gender Affirming Care Grants in 2
 026\\, and we are distributing $40\\,000 to Trans people who are planning
  gender affirming surgeries and procedures. We are helping Trans people a
