 ies present\\, drawing from Mitakara\\, Butoh\\, and somatic tools to rel
 ease tension\\, listen inward\\, and rediscover ease and joy through move
 ment. Sessions are shaped in relation to current astrological dynamics\\,
  primarily the cycles of the moon and sun\\, supporting sensitivity\\, rh
 ythm\\, and collective attunement. The event begins with a short opening 
 circle to share names\\, pronouns\\, and personal boundaries. Participant
 s are advised to come with comfortable clothes\\, water bottle\\, and war
