  make Vietnamese chicken liver paté\\, egg yolk mayonnaise\\, pickled ca
 rrot and daikon\\, and assemble their own bánh mì. The workshop include
 s guidance from facilitator Yung Nguyen from I Love Vietfood\\, with a fr
 eshly made bánh mì to enjoy and a take-home recipe. The event promotes 
 cultural community and cuisine\\, with proceeds supporting community init
