DESCRIPTION:Come frolic through Frick Park with us for a two-part journey
  of movement\\, music\\, and connection.\\n🌿 Hike — Wander through t
 he park with friends\\, new &amp\\; old\\, while taking a musical journey
  back to yourself through a choose-your-own-adventure somatic experience 
 in your headphones!\\n🎧 Dance — Move\\, groove\\, wander\\, and reco
 nnect with the wisdom in your bones. Follow the flow in whatever way feel
 s good in your body. Surprise pop-ups await\\, so don&#8217\\;t wander to
 o far!\\n🛋️ Relax — We&#8217\\;ll end our journey at Waverly Churc
 h with the Cozy Collective: a soft\\, low-pressure space to rest\\, snack
 \\, chat\\, cuddle\\, or keep dancing if our bodies aren&#8217\\;t ready 
 to stop.\\nThe entire journey is a circle\\, beginning and ending near th
 e Frick Playground which is on the corner of Forbes Ave + S Braddock Ave 
 . The hike will take approximately one to two hours\\, with regular stops
  at different &#8220\\;stations for breaks (you are welcome to keep danci
 ng too!) The group will walk at a relaxed pace but you are welcome to go 
 slow\\, sit and listen\\, or head to the church whenever you&#8217\\;d li
 ke.\\nCome dressed for a walk\\, a dance party\\, or both. Either way\\, 
 we highly recommend comfy shoes! You can even choose to light yourself up
  and become part of the scenery. ✨\\n🎧 The Musical Journey\\nOur som
 atic dance journey will be guided by the lovely Mx.defy\\, whose sets are
  built to get you out of your head and into your body.\\nMx.defy is craft
 ing three distinct levels of somatic experience\\, allowing us to choose 
 our intensity throughout the journey. Whether you want to move slowly wit
 h deep intention\\, walk and bop\\, or feel the full power of a sweaty da
 nce floor\\, Mx.defy has created a channel for that! Feel the freedom of 
 finding your exact groove\\, every step of the way\\, with three differen
 t channels on your 3rd Place headset.\\n✨ Surprises Along the Way\\nThe
 re will be surprise pop-ups throughout the journey\\, so keep your eyes\\
 , ears\\, and curiosity open. We won&#8217\\;t tell you what they are bec
 ause that would ruin the surprise. 😉\\n🛋️ Step into the Cozy Coll
 ective\\nWe&#8217\\;ll finish our frolic at Waverly Church with the Cozy 
 Collective\\, a soft\\, low-pressure social space where you can unwind\\,
  connect\\, and be yourself.\\nThink: pillows\\, blankets\\, gentle light
 ing\\, snacks\\, drinks\\, music\\, and good humans. Some folks come to c
 uddle. Some come to sit quietly\\, journal\\, or decompress. Some come to
  meet new people in a calm\\, intentional way. However you show up\\, you
 &#8217\\;re welcome here.\\nNO TOUCH IS REQUIRED OR EXPECTED.\\nWe&#8217\
 \;ll create a space where you can choose your own level of connection. Yo
 u might cuddle\\, hold hands\\, dance\\, chat\\, play with someone&#8217\
 \;s hair\\, lie back-to-back\\, curl up with a stuffed animal\\, or simpl
 y exist peacefully in a cozy room.\\nAll touch is opt-in and requires a c
 lear yes. You can change your mind at any time.\\nAll genders\\, orientat
 ions\\, relationship styles\\, neurotypes\\, and bodies are welcome. Come
