SUMMARY:Women&#8217\\;s Movement Workshop with WomanEwer
DESCRIPTION:In the lead up to our participation in the Arcadia Festival\\
 , we invite women of all ages to join us for a movement and writing works
 hop\\, plus the opportunity to perform in the Festival.\\nThe movement p
 art of the workshop seamlessly blends elements of contemporary dance\\, r
 elease\\, yoga\\, conditioning and improvisation\\, creating a vibrant sp
 ace for exploration and growth. Most exercises focus on enhancing movemen
 t range\\, coordination\\, flexibility\\, and strength while learning dan
 ce sequences.\\nCreative tasks may include writing\\, text\\, discussions
  and movement improvisation. They will be individual as well as group led
 \\, inspired by real life stories from female activists &#8211\\; regular
 ly at the forefront of advocating and caring for the planet. The overall 
 work celebrates womanhood\\, nature preservation\\, survival &amp\\; the 
 existing power structures that threaten our increasingly precarious ecosy
 stem.\\nThe movement and conversations generated in the workshops will fu
 el WomanEwer&#8217\\;s new performance that will premier at Arcadia Festi
 val. Participants are invited to take part in a section of the performanc
 e on the 19th Sept\\, and will need to be available to attend rehearsals 
 on Fri 11th Sept 6-8:30pm and Sat 19th Sept 9.30 – 11.30am and for the

  supporting survivors of sexual abuse. It offers a safe space to explore
