 gether business leaders\\, nonprofit partners\\, advocates\\, and communi
 ty members to celebrate and advance a more equitable\\, inclusive\\, and 
 welcoming southeastern Wisconsin for LGBTQ+ employees and professionals.\
 \nThis year\\, we&#8217\\;re proud to feature a dynamic conversation betw
 een two accomplished LGBTQ+ executives who are leading inclusive workplac
 e cultures from the C-suite—one representing the corporate sector and t
 he other the nonprofit community. Their perspectives will offer valuable 
 insights into leadership\\, authenticity\\, and the future of workplace i
 nclusion.\\nThe luncheon will also recognize the outstanding recipients o
 f the 2026 Cream City Foundation LGBTQ+ Scholarships. Established in 2015
 \\, the scholarship program supports LGBTQ+ and allied student leaders fr
 om southeastern Wisconsin pursuing undergraduate\\, graduate\\, and postg
 raduate education. Since its inception\\, the program has awarded more th
 an $370\\,000 in scholarships to over 140 students\\, helping empower the
  next generation of leaders committed to creating positive change.\\nWhet
