 Q+ community that promotes holistic health &amp\\; wellness for Queer fol
 x.\\nSafe &amp\\; supportive allies of Queer Yoga participants\\, are als
 o welcome to attend in solidarity with their family and/or friends.\\nEac
 h class offering is beginner-friendly. Instructors make the class accessi
 ble for 1st-timers\\, and offer alternative poses for more advanced pract
 itioners.\\nThe program features a variety of styles and approaches\\, bu
 t mainly integrates Restorative Yoga\\, Hatha Yoga\\, and/or Vinyasa Yoga
  coupled with meditation &amp\\; breathwork.\\nQueer Yoga upholds a platf
 orm of diversity &amp\\; inclusion within the yoga teacher rotation\\, to
