 tors are encouraged to bring their own table coverings\\, signage\\, and 
 swag to decorate their booth.\\nMany of Virginia's employers have recogni
 zed the benefits of an inclusive and diverse workforce. Join our event co
 nnecting LGBTQ-affirming companies with great employees. \\nThe $100 regi
 stration fee to participate is waived for members of the Richmond LGBTQ C
 hamber (join now to participate for free). Companies interested in partic
 ipating as exhibiting employers must:\\n Expect to be filling open positi
 ons on or soon after October 15\\, 2026\\n Have a demonstrated commitment
  to inclusive employment practices in at least one of the following:\\n \
 \n Membership in the Richmond LGBTQ Chamber\\n Membership in Equality Vir
 ginia’s Virginia Fairness program\\n An equal opportunity policy that i
