DESCRIPTION:Kilks & Kolks – Folk-Jazz Duo Kilks & Kolks is a string duo
  born out of improvisation and musical exploration\\, blending the rich t
 raditions of folk music with the spontaneity of jazz. The duo consists of
  Greta Ruben (violin) and Kristin Klesment (viola)\\, whose shared journe
 y began at the Estonian Ethno Camp and continued through their studies at
  the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre (EMTA) . United by a desire to
  push musical boundaries\\, they create a distinctive sound that is both 
 rooted in tradition and open to experimentation. Their repertoire feature
 s traditional melodies from Estonia and around the world alongside origin
 al compositions. By incorporating live sound effects and ambient textures
  into their performances\\, they expand the sonic possibilities of folk m
 usic\\, creating unique soundscapes where tradition meets contemporary ex
 pression. Kilks & Kolks has previously performed on the Green Stage at Vi
 ljandi Folk Music Festival for two consecutive summers\\, as well as at t
