 Tennessee offering an Equitable Access Care Program\\, where hourly rates
  are based on a client’s net income. Through grants\\, fundraisers\\, a
 nd United Way support\\, SCHAS ensures that individuals with the greatest
  financial need can access care and safely age in place.\\nProceeds from
