DESCRIPTION:This is an in-person only event\\, which takes place at Chari
 s Books and More. This space is free. Please read the in-person event gui
 delines at the bottom of this page to be sure you can participate in the 
 event.\\nCharis Books and More &amp\\; Sapphic Creative Writing Group are
  excited to bring our community a monthly space for sapphic\\, trans\\, a
 nd non-binary people to write and socialize. This space will include writ
 ing prompts and time to share your work and receive feedback from fellow 
 participants. No prior writing experience is necessary – all skill leve
 ls are welcome. Our aim is to create a safe space for sapphic\\, trans\\,
  and non-binary people to foster creativity\\, encourage self-expression\
 \, and a sense of community. The Sapphic Writing Group will meet at Chari
 s on the 2nd Wednesday of each month. Join us on Wednesday\\, September 9
 th at 6:00pm EST!\\nSeptember&#8217\\;s meeting will be hosted by Kait. K
 ait (she/they) is a queer writer and actor based in Atlanta\\, GA. Their 
 independent study in magical realism earned them the Anne Rivers Siddons 
 prize for short fiction in 2019\\, and their films can be found on variou
 s streaming platforms. Kait is fascinated by people\\, personal expressio
 n\\, and is passionate about connecting to and uplifting her local queer

  ramp at the entrance. Accessible parking is to the left of the building.
  Charis Books is a fully wheelchair accessible space with on site van acc
 essible parking\\, two ramps\\, and additional overflow accessible parkin
 g nearby. Most of our shelves are on wheels and can be moved to provide a
 dditional access. The insides are all level and flat with ramps to access
  various areas of the space. Our bathrooms are wheelchair accessible and 
 gender neutral with motion activated fixtures. Both bathrooms have wheelc
 hair accessible baby changing tables. Our directional signs are written i
