Crowned by Johnson Park\\, a g reen space redesigned by Frederick Law Olmsted\\, the area was once the e state of the first mayor of Buffalo and later site of the Buffalo Female Academy\\, which would become Buffalo Seminary.  Join us to walk this hi storic neighborhood\\, learn of its evolution\\, and admire its varied ar chitecture.\\nThis tour is approximately ninety minutes in length and app roximately 2.0 miles of walking. The tour meets outside Spot Coffee at 227 Delaware Avenue\\, at the corner of Chippewa Street. Two-hour metered parking is available on Delaware Avenue and other nearby streets\\, or p rivate parking lots are available &\\; the closest is on Delaware Aven ue\\, next to Spot Coffee. The nearest MetroRail station\\, Fountain Plaz a\\, is three blocks away. \\n \\nTour Procedures &\\; Policies: \\ nReservations are required for all tours\\, including for Explorer Pass m embers. Walk-ups without reservations cannot be accommodated.
