 e\\, considering how photography and image-making have shaped spaces of p
 leasure\\, resistance\\, and community across generations. The conversati
 on will trace the power and tension of documenting subcultures\\, at once
  preserving fleeting histories and exposing them to new forms of visibili
 ty.\\nFeaturing the work of Sunil Gupta\\, Del LaGrace Volcano\\, Wolfgan
 g Tillmans\\, Wu Tsang\\, Reynaldo Rivera\\, Vaginal Davis\\, and many ot
 her artists\\, Sex\\, Clubs\\, Dissent asks what our decades-long quest t
 o catalogue and understand nightlife spaces through photography and film 
 can tell us about our various relationships with them\\, and how photogra
 phy intersects with pleasure\\, politics\\, and protest.\\nBooks will be 
 available for purchase.\\nAccesibility\\nChairs with backs will be availa
 ble. Located at 26 Wooster Street\\, the Leslie-Lohman Museum of Art stri
 ves to provide a welcoming environment to all visitors. Five external ste
 ps lead to our entrance doors: a wheelchair lift is available. All galler
 ies are wheelchair-accessible\\, and a single-occupancy accessible restro
 om is located behind the visitor services desk: all restrooms are gender-
