Each class includes warm-up\\, aer obic\\, balance\\, strength\\, flexibility\\, and relaxation activities i n a supportive\\, joy-focused environment.\\nInstructor Bio: Lisa Walters is an occupational therapist\\, personal trainer\\, fall prevention spec ialist and community educator. She has working knowledge of acute injurie s and chronic conditions and has helped people regain hope and function t hroughout her 30+ year career.
