 ring\\, projection\\, and centrifugal flow\\, helping participants guide\
 \, shift\\, and manipulate their partner’s body with intention and grac
 e\\; using minimal frictions\\, if at all\\, and strategic wraps. Through
  technical breakdowns\\, geometry\\, and advanced movement concepts\\, st
 udents will develop a deeper understanding of how to move\\, or be moved\
