  Leonard’s debut poetry collection\\, Another Anthem of Fabulous Surviv
 al\\, unfolds across decades of sound and geographies. Winner of the 2024
 -2025 Poetic Justice Institute Prize\\, Leonard’s poems ask how memory 
 becomes record and how record becomes song. Musical duo DAYS joins Leonar
 d and a coterie of poets—including charles theonia\\, Joshua Garcia\\, 
 and David Groff—to celebrate the New York launch of his debut poetry co
 llection at Manhattan’s queer bookstore.\\nCopies of the book will be a
 vailable for purchase and the authors will be around for a signing after 
 the event. \\nT.S. Leonard is a poet\\, performer\\, and educator whose 
 work has been featured in Poetry\\, Foglifter\\, and Fourteen Poems and i
 n collaborative projects at the Portland Art Museum and Pacific Design Ce
 nter. Originally from Kansas City\\, Missouri\\, he lives and teaches in 
 San Francisco. \\ncharles theonia is a poet from Brooklyn. They are the 
 author of Gay Heaven Is a Dance Floor but I Can&#8217\\;t Relax (Archway 
 Editions)\\, If a Piece Falls off the Poem\\, Keep It (Belladonna*)\\, an
 d other writings on zits\\, piss\\, and disco.\\nJoshua Garcia is the aut
 hor of Pentimento (Black Lawrence Press\\, 2024)\\, a finalist for a Lamb
 da Literary Award and the Thom Gunn Award. His poems have appeared in Eco
 tone\\, The Georgia Review\\, Passages North\\, Ploughshares\\, and elsew
 here. He holds an MFA from the College of Charleston and has received a S
 tadler Fellowship from Bucknell University\\, an Emerge—Surface—Be Fe
 llowship from The Poetry Project\\, and support from the Hawthornden Foun
 dation. He lives and writes in Brooklyn\\, New York. \\nDavid Groff is a
 n independent book editor and the author of three books of poems: Live in
  Suspense\\, Clay\\, and Theory of Devolution. With Philip Clark\\, he ed
 ited Persistent Voices: Poetry by Writers Lost to AIDS\\; with Jim Elledg
 e\\, he edited Who’s Yer Daddy?: Gay Writers Celebrate Their Mentors an
 d Forerunners. He teaches poetry\\, nonfiction\\, and publishing in the M
 FA creative writing program at the City College of New York. David is a c

 hilbrick and Ned Riseley\\, a band\\, a theatrical project\\, and a coupl
 e that lives in an apartment in Brooklyn. They bring cello and voice toge
 ther to create mystical songs and uncanny theater. Their latest EP\\, “
 Do I\\,” was produced by Kyp Malone and their latest play\\, “Interna
 l Audit\\,” premiered at The Kitchen in March 2026.\\nThe Bureau of Gen
 eral Services—Queer Division is Manhattan’s only queer bookstore\\, l
 ocated on the second floor of the LGBT Center. We’re open Tuesday-Sunda
