I take interest in the multiplicitous nature of how each life is experienced and how messily they entangle themselves. In these crossing d imensions\\, the absurd and macabre are plucked out and placed under tria ls of reconfiguration until they morph into exaggerated versions of their former selves.”\\;\\nVersaille Jones is a dancer and choreographer in the Metro Atlanta area who focuses in contemporary dance and postmoder n performance art. In 2023 Versaille graduated from The University of the Arts under the direction of Donna Faye Burchfield with an Artistic Schol arship. Versaille has performed under choreographers such as Sidra Bell\\ , Dennis Geter\\, Joanna Kotze\\, Fana Fraser\\, Kathyrn Vickers\\, Alber t Quesada\\, Meaghan Novoa\\, and Nadya Zeitlin. They have also done prof essional work for The Fidget Space (Philadelphia\\, PA) under Megan Bridg e as well as Judson Church’s Movement Research (NY). As a freelance art ist Versaille has been selected to present work for Dance Canvas palette project and summer residency \\, Oregon Fringe Festival\\, Spoke the Hub Winter Follies showcase\\, Houston Barnstorm\\, Dance Canvas CCDI program \\, Decatur School of Ballet’s Meli Kaye Residency\\, and Fly on a Wall ’s ETA.
