 ffice. This webinar examines how employers can close the office-to-field 
 gap and create inclusion strategies that respond to the realities of the 
 entire workforce.\\nParticipants will explore practical approaches for ex
 tending inclusion beyond the head office\\, including how to ensure field
  workers\\, trades workers\\, shift workers\\, contractors\\, and regiona
 l teams have meaningful access to inclusion efforts\\, employee networks\
 \, reporting pathways\\, and leadership support. The session also offers 
 guidance on designing decentralized strategies that are practical\\, sust

  future for Queer and Trans people. Rowan went to the University of Alber
 ta for Elementary Education and brings his understanding of teaching and 
 learning to create effective change. Outside of work\\, Rowan is a drag a
