 e experienced differently for employees working outside of a corporate of
 fice. This webinar examines how employers can close the office-to-field g
 ap and create inclusion strategies that respond to the realities of the e
 ntire workforce.\\nParticipants will explore practical approaches for ext
 ending inclusion beyond the head office\\, including how to ensure field 
 workers\\, trades workers\\, shift workers\\, contractors\\, and regional
  teams have meaningful access to inclusion efforts\\, employee networks\\
 , reporting pathways\\, and leadership support. The session also offers g
 uidance on designing decentralized strategies that are practical\\, susta
 inable\\, and responsive to operational environments.\\nThis is a free we

 ing a career rooted in community care. He has spent the last 10 years wor

 future for Queer and Trans people. Rowan went to the University of Albert
 a for Elementary Education and brings his understanding of teaching and l
 earning to create effective change. Outside of work\\, Rowan is a drag ar
