 search from Empowering 2SLGBTQIA+ Workers in Energy\\, this webinar explo
 res how ERGs can become strategic partners in organizational change when 
 they are properly resources\\, connected to decision-makers\\, and access
 ible to field-based workers. The session also highlights the role of lead
 ers and allies in creating workplaces where employees feel safe to contri
 bute\\, grow\\, and stay.\\nThis is a free webinar offered as part of the
  “Empowering 2SLGBTQIA+ Workers in Energy” project\\, funded by Women
  and Gender Equality Canada.\\nLearning Objectives\\nIdentify barriers to
  recruitment\\, retention\\, and advancement for 2SLGBTQIA+ workers in en

 nedam is a multidisciplinary artist\\, activist\\, and educator. Rowan ha
 s spent his time building a career rooted in community care. He has spent
  the last 10 years working with 2SLGBTQ+ communities\\, and finds purpose
  envisioning a better future for Queer and Trans people. Rowan went to th
 e University of Alberta for Elementary Education and brings his understan
 ding of teaching and learning to create effective change. Outside of work
 \\, Rowan is a drag artist\\, community leader\\, and proud dad to two ca
