  is a free digital networking event for trans\\, non-binary\\, and agende
 r professionals and jobseekers across Canada.\\nSince its launch in 2020\
 \, this ongoing program has created intentional\\, safer spaces for parti
 cipants to share stories\\, build professional connections\\, and foster 
 community in a digital environment. Each gathering builds on the momentum
  of previous events by strengthening networks and amplifying voices acros
 s trans\\, non-binary\\, and agender communities.\\nFormat\\nThis gatheri
 ng features two themed\\, roundtable-style discussion rounds. During each
  round\\, participants will join small\\, facilitated groups to explore a
  specific topic related to the event’s focus.\\nWhy Is This Event Takin
 g Place?\\nWhile many networking spaces are inclusive of trans\\, non-bin
 ary\\, and agender people\\, these communities often encounter distinct e
 xperiences\\, questions\\, and challenges in professional settings.\\nThi
 s event was created to:\\nProvide peer support across identities and geog
 raphic locations\\nCultivate meaningful connections through shared lived 
 experiences\\nRespond directly to feedback from community members and pre
 vious attendees\\nAudience\\nThis event is intended for individuals who i
 dentify as trans\\, non-binary\\, and/or agender.\\nThere is no requireme
 nt to “prove” your identity or meet any criteria beyond self-identifi
 cation. While we value allyship\\, this space is intentionally held for t
 rans\\, non-binary\\, and agender people to connect freely. Allies are en
 couraged to respect the boundaries of identity-centred spaces by stepping
  back and engaging with our educational and other networking programs.\\n
