 certainty about workplace expectations can impact both physical and psych
 ological safety.\\nLearn practical approaches to creating more inclusive 
 and safer jobsite environments for trans and nonbinary workers across the
  energy sector by making allyship a part of the workplace culture and gai
 ning strategies to overcome common barriers to trans and nonbinary inclus

 inary artist\\, activist\\, and educator. Rowan has spent his time buildi
 ng a career rooted in community care. He has spent the last 10 years work
 ing with 2SLGBTQ+ communities\\, and finds purpose envisioning a better f
 uture for Queer and Trans people. Rowan went to the University of Alberta
  for Elementary Education and brings his understanding of teaching and le
 arning to create effective change. Outside of work\\, Rowan is a drag art
