DESCRIPTION:Black\\, Queer\\, &amp\\; Here is a support group specificall
 y created to center the experiences of Black Queer folks who are over the
  age of 18. Our group session will take place biweekly on Mondays at 6:30
  pm. Our aim is to provide a nurturing and empowering space where we can 
 focus on community care\\, connection\\, collective liberation\\, and mut
 ual aid.\\nWe understand that being part of the Black Queer community com
 es with unique challenges\\, and it is important to have a supportive net
 work that recognizes and affirms our experiences. We believe in the power
  of connection and the strength that comes from sharing our stories\\, ch
 allenges\\, and triumphs with one another.\\nCommunity care is at the hea
 rt of our support group. We recognize that each member brings unique stre
 ngths\\, knowledge\\, and resources to the table. By coming together\\, w
 e can create a supportive network that offers assistance\\, guidance\\, a
 nd empowerment to one another. Whether it’s emotional support\\, resour
 ces\\, or advocacy\\, we believe in mutual aid as a means of uplifting th
 e entire community.\\nOur group is committed to promoting collective libe
 ration. We acknowledge that our experiences are influenced by systemic op
 pression\\, and we encourage members to actively engage in conversations 
 about systemic issues\\, seeking ways to challenge oppressive structures.
  Through the embrace of mutual aid principles\\, we hope to cultivate an 
 environment where we can uplift and support each other.\\nOur group sessi
 ons are facilitated by Black Community Health professionals who are well-
 versed in the experiences and challenges faced by Black Queer folks. They
  provide a non-judgmental\\, inclusive space where everyone’s voice is
