 nd of sensory grounding\\, acupoint self-massage\\, gentle movement\\, so
 matic unwinding\\, breathwork\\, and deep rest\\, all designed for nervou
 s system regulation and restoration. You’ll have space for private refl
 ection and optional journaling\\, with no pressure to write\\, share\\, o
 r arrive at any particular insight.\\nWe’ll close the session with a so
 othing sound bath received from either your floating cocoon or your cozy 
 nest on the ground\\, allowing your body\\, mind and heart to integrate a
 nd drift into deep relaxation. You’ll leave with simple techniques and 
 rituals to carry with you long after our session ends\\, creating your ow
