 tutory guidance. The Supreme Court ripped up the Equality Act without hea
 ring a single trans voice. We believe what has followed in the aftermath 
 of this decision has put the UK in breach of its obligations under the Hu
 man Rights Act &amp\\; the European Convention of Human Rights.\\nThe Goo
 d Law Project are supporting a trans person &amp\\; a trans-inclusive org
 anisation to challenge the code of practice. The fundraiser is for both d
 omestic and international cases\\, if necessary all the way up to the Eur
