This year’\\;s closing fi lm is Hunky Jesus\\, a documentary capturing the Sisters of Perpetual Ind ulgence’s iconic take on Easter Sunday. The sisters celebrate Easter wi th a massive drag competition in which people compete to be the hunkiest Jesus. It documents how community and camp can be powerful tools for resi stance and solidarity. Essentially it’s an extremely fun\\, silly work of queer cinema. It’s a guaranteed mood booster. And\\, a fantastic way to wrap up another great year of SQIFF.
 \\nThe film will be followed by a panel discussion with House of Nunsense\\, Glasgow’s own chapter of the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence. \\nThe winner of Best Scottish S hort will be announced at the start of this event.
