The aim of the works hop is to ensure you can\\nbe your authentic and full self throughout all of your lifetime (and\\nbeyond!). This session was created by LGBT Found ation’s Pride in Ageing\\nprogramme in collaboration with St Ann’s Ho spice (now Moya Cole\\nHospice).\\nHow does the drop-in work? At our ‘b ox decoration’ table in the\\nCommunity Cafe you will be provided with a box to personalise with\\navailable craft materials (while stocks last) .\\nYou will also be directed to a separate area where you can call at\\n different ‘action’ stations to find out more about the plans you coul d\\nbe putting in place for serious illness or end of life care and add\\ ninformation about the things that are important to you to your box.\\nTo pics you could explore include:• My life story\\, identity and who is\\ nimportant to me• My advance care plan and decision-making• My will†¢\\nDonating my organs • What my funeral would look like\\nThere will a lso be information available at the session about LGBT\\nFoundation’s F ree Wills Service with Octopus Legacy.\\nYou are welcome to take your box and any information home to keep in a\\nsafe place for the future (make sure to tell a trusted friend or family\\nmember where it is).\\nThis eve nt is open to anyone aged 18+.
