 urces of wisdom\\, strength\\, and truth. We will gently explore themes o
 f authenticity\\, resilience\\, and navigating societal pressures while h
 onoring each person’s unique journey. Grounded in trauma-informed and i
 nclusive practices\\, this experience emphasizes safety\\, choice\\, and 
 empowerment. Participants will leave with practical tools for self-regula
 tion\\, self-compassion\\, and embodied confidence\\, as well as a deeper
