 eel connected\\, this group is for you.\\n&nbsp\\;\\nEach month we’ll t
 ry out an activity like mindfulness\\, meditation\\, or exploring simple 
 stress management tools. There’ll always be time for a cuppa and a chat
 . Since we’re right next to Leith Links\\, we’ll sometimes head outdo
 ors for a gentle walk in nature.\\n&nbsp\\;\\nWe’re also hoping to brin
 g in some brilliant community partners to offer free taster sessions li
