 Selinger knows what it takes to build international relationships. With o
 verseas postings in Kyrgyzstan\\, Denmark\\, Croatia\\, Albania\\, and Tr
 inidad and Tobago\\, Tom Selinger has worked on issues ranging from secur
 ity cooperation to citizen services. In Washington\\, he served in the Bu
 reaus of European and Eurasian Affairs and Democracy\\, Human Rights\\, a
 nd Labor\\, as well as at Georgetown University’s Institute for the Stu
 dy of Diplomacy. He now serves as the Project Manager for the Association
  of Diplomatic Studies and Training (ADST).\\nFrom careers in the Foreign
  Service to citizen diplomacy\\, this event is certain to offer a wide ra
 nge of ways to celebrate what US diplomats do and to learn how to be more
