SUMMARY:MIX CPH Panel with screening of 'Trans People Belong In Sports'
DESCRIPTION:⚽ Join us for a panel where we reflect on how trans people
belong in sport ⚽\\nAfter watching the short film programme 'Trans Peop
le Belong in Sports'\\, we will discuss the issues and exclusions trans p
eople face in sports\\, but also the communities that form when people co
me together to create spaces for them to belong.\\n🎬 About short film
programme: \\nAt a time when so many in our society are fighting to exclu
de trans people from sport altogether\\, this programme follows those who
have chosen to create the spaces they were denied. Existing openly in at
hletic spaces is an act of defiance in itself. But it is also about joy.
It is the joy of belonging somewhere that was built by and for you. While
trans bodies are being scrutinised\\, criticised\\, and policed more tha
n ever\\, these two films say loud and clear: trans people belong in spor
 ts!\\nhttps://www.gayout.com/europe/denmark/copenhagen/events/mix-cph-pan
