 ing\\, unclear goals\\, and emotional exhaustion. In this workshop\\, we 
 will talk about the science behind dating and explore tools for navigatin
 g rejection\\, conflicts\\, and romantic frustration.\\nYou’ll explore:
 \\nNeuroscience of rejection sensitivity\\, science of belonging\\, roman
 tic connection\\, dopamine circuit\\nHow to communicate our needs and goa
 ls in an effective way\\nActive listening methods for dating\\, empathy f
 or understanding other people’s needs\\, (self) compassion\\nGroup acti
 vities and discussion for sharing tips\\, tricks\\, and common situations
 \\nJoin us to discover how to make our personal / dating lives better.\\n
