SUMMARY:LGBTQ+ Community Meditation
DESCRIPTION:This guided meditation group creates a unique space for LGBTQ
 + people to foster friendship and practice meditation. The sessions will 
 feature a variety of mindfulness\\, loving-kindness and\\nwisdom meditati
 ons. There’ll also be sharing and connecting\\, poetry and\\nmore. Thro
 ugh this\\, we’ll cultivate a warm awareness of our own\\nexperience an
 d go beyond the individual to explore how we can grow and\\nflourish as a
  community. There’ll also be the option to socialise in the\\ncafe area
  after.\\nNo prior meditation experience required. Also suitable for thos
 e who are\\ntrying to establish a regular practice within a supportive en
 vironment.\\nSessions are free\\, with an optional donation towards estab
 lishing a\\npermanent LGBTQ+ community centre. Please note that we are un
 able to\\nrefund donations.\\nDuring this session\\, the cafe will be clo
