 nd it difficult\\nto bring these issues into more traditional Buddhist st
 udy settings\\, and\\nfor anyone who would like to discuss daily life and
  philosophical issues\\nthrough a Buddhist lens.\\nGender-conforming quee
 rs and allies are also welcome!\\n****About the facilitator****\\n****Mat
 t (they/them)**** is a Buddhist and self-professed nerd who has\\nbeen pr
 acticing meditation for 7 years.\\nThey have had challenges studying in m
 ore gendered Buddhist spaces in\\nthe past and are looking forward to the
  opportunity to discuss the\\nintersection between Buddhist practice and 
 queer ways of being.\\n****Remi (they/them)**** started meditating four y
 ears ago\\, while\\nre-assessing life after becoming chronically ill and 
 recovering from\\nburnout.\\nThey are particularly interested in how we c
 an apply Buddhist practice\\nand principles to create a joyous liberated 
 future and more sustainable\\nways of living in the world.\\n****Accessib
